APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be face to face, by phone or Skype/Zoom.
Every effort will be made to make appointments to suit your need, where possible. PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer evening appointments.
If you need to change your appointment time, please try to give 24 hours’ notice, in order that the session may be offered to others on my waiting list.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the fee may be made, unless the circumstances are exceptional.
Should I have to cancel or postpone, I will make every effort to give 24 hours’ notice, unless the situation is urgent or unexpected. I shall re-schedule with you as soon as possible.
In the case of phone or Skype sessions, if you haven’t rung or Skype’d 15 minutes into your session time, the session will be deemed to have been forfeited, and a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged, unless the circumstances are exceptional.
A ‘no-show’ without prior notice for a face-to-face appointment will be subject to a 50% no-show charge, unless the circumstances are exceptional.
In the case of late arrival for a face-to-face appointment, the session will end at the time originally contracted for and will be charged for the duration originally contracted for. For example, if an hour-long session has been booked, and you arrive 20 minutes late, the remaining session will last 40 minutes and the fee charged will be for an hour.

PAYMENT

In the case of individual phone or Skype/Zoom sessions, an invoice for the session will be sent to you after the session. Payment is required on presentation, please.
Block sessions/packages are negotiated individually
You may pay by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.
Late payment may be subject to a late payment charge of up to £40 per invoice.
Persistent late payments may also attract an interest charge of up to 8%.
For face-to-face sessions, any of the above methods of payment may be used, as may cash, of course. Payment by credit or debit card is also possible.
